As the Lead designer, my role was to oversee the design process of the Easy Collect mobile and web app. I was responsible for everything from wireframing to user testing and creating high-fidelity prototypes. Throughout the project, I collaborated closely with the product team to understand the user needs and goals. Based on this understanding, I created wireframes and prototypes that accurately reflected these needs. Additionally, I conducted user testing to ensure that the designs were user-friendly and aligned with the expectations of the target audience.
